VENDORS Information: 

• 4 hours of selling or advertising your services
• Vendor tables available in 2 sizes - 4 or 8 foot - complete with
       tablecloths

• Price for table includes 2 Attendees, (Bring a helper or a friend)

      coupon book) Booklets will be distributed to all attendees upon
       arrival.
Setup from 12:30 to 3:30
• Vendor Brunch for those there between 1:00 and 3:30 for setup
• Vendor to Vendor network from 3:30 to 4:30
• Buffet Dinner and International Coffee & Dessert Station
• Kids Alley (Young Entrepreneur's displaying their items or services)



ATTENDEES: Tickets available for $25.00 - includes:

• Entire Holiday Marketplace, more than 80 vendors - shopping, networking,
      Hot Buffet from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and International Coffee & Dessert Station
      from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. There will be cocktail tables to sit around and network.
• Soft Music from young entertainer
• FUN Game Show in each room
• Business Showcase Booklet containing advertisements and promotions
      to be used during or after the Holiday Marketplace.

• Advertising and/or promotion in the Business Showcase Booklet for only $50.00

BUSINESS SHOWCASE BOOKLET:

You can place a black & white Ad or Promotion in our Business Showcase Booklet. It will be handed out to all attendees. You can offer a discount at your table if you are a vendor or you can advertise your business and offer a future discount. For VENDORS, this feature is FREE. If you attend the Holiday Marketplace, for only $50 you can place an advertisement or promotional coupon into our booklet. If you can't attend but you want your business represented, the price will be $75.00.

A template will be sent to you to use for this Business Showcase Booklet. Anticipated Value $300. Deadline to receive template - 10-31-10

PRICING & INFORMATION:

We will be selling tickets this year for $25.00 per person.

If you are interested in helping us sell these tickets, there will be 10 tickets in a booklet - SELL 5 TICKETS - and you get to come FREE. Sell 10 tickets and you get 2 FREE Ticket. Sell 15 tickets and you get 2 FREE tickets PLUS a FREE Business Showcase Booklet advertisement.

Please contact Elsa Reinhardt at njawbo@optonline.net or at 201-807-1157 to get the Booklet of tickets to sell. When they are sold - send back the ticket booklet with all the stubs and the money and your FREE ticket(s) will be mailed to you.

      Booklet for $75.00.
• Can purchase Color ad/promotion in Business Booklet for $125.
